Deep fried sushi rice topped with tuna tartar & crispy salmon skin

Omakase Nigiri Sushi - fish is vary depends on availability and season

Snapper w/smoked charcoal salt & lemon
Aged tuna w /nikiri soy
Ora King Salmon w / egg powder
Kingfish w / truffle salsa
Hokkaido Scallop w / yuzu pepper

Prawn Tempura with Salmon Roll

Prawn tempura, salmon, avocado, nitsume sauce, yuzu gel, crispy sweet potato noodle on top.

Miso Glazed Black Cod

Sushi rice with seaweed nori, sesame seeds topped with black cod and nitsume sauce.

Matcha mousse

Matcha white chocolate mousse with fresh berries and toasted coconut.
